Install louvers with thin wall 3M dual lock that's rated for glass adhesion, and use an adhesion promoter like Silane. The louver will be rock solid, but removable for cleaning.
It's on the to-do list for my next tune revision. I was speaking more generally of OEM throttle calibrations. I understand why they do what they do, but nondeterministic throttle mapping bothers me.
Supra gas tank is 51.86 liters
You're at 20.5 liters
Your in-tank level is ~40%, not 20%.
At your current gas level, to reach E50:
Add 3 liters of 91 octane.
Add 28L of e85 from that pump you measured.
Your total tank will be exactly E50, with a final octane of ~98 AKI.

I've shipped two cars with Capital Auto Transport (CAT). Great experience.
Just remember that these services are BROKERS. None of them set the rate. The trucks set the rate. The rate will vary wildly with the to/from destination, the time of year, the weather, gas prices, etc. But expect about...
In my own case, I felt like the Supra needed too much steering wheel movement to effect a change in the direction of the vehicle. A stiffer swaybar helps with this by making the car more responsive on turn-in. Supra is also a touring car from the factory, so intentionally a bit mushy all around...
For very long term storage, it's actually beneficial to get the gas tank as full as possible. Petrol is hydrophobic, and lubricating. It will actively displace water from the gas tank and prevent breakdown of the seals in the fueling system. Dose Sta-Bil into the tank according to instructions...
Used for 3400 miles. Cat material intact, looks great. Nothing but the usual heat blueing on the exterior. Flex pipe intact, good articulation. Ready for harvesting or returning to stock.
Unsure of value. Accepting offers, but do have a rough price in mind.
** DRIVER SIDE SOLD **
Selling PASSENGER side seatbelt core for $160 shipped.
When I say mint, I mean: no stains, no stretching, no warping or nicks of the seatbelt material. No accidents; explosive emergency locking retractor cartridges still intact and functional. No issues with the spring...
BM3 is probably the better option for the Supra. The OTS tunes work well and BM3 has features like flex fuel and anti-lag that have been "coming soon" from MHD for a looooong time.
And I'm going to ignore your last line of text and state, very emphatically: Ecutek stands head and shoulders...
The upgraded heat exchanger will help cool the car down faster between runs, but will not lower IATs. Only the manifold will lower IATs, and that's what adds power. There isn't much utility in the heat exchanger since it's not the limiting factor in the thermal system. The manifold is the weak...
