  1. MagnaFlow or AWE exhaust?

Thanks @Yabai ! Car looks great, too. Really like that x-mod but what makes it good (that lower tone, flirting with essence of larger displacement) steered me to the AWE touring resonated w/ AMS. Just punched the order in - thanks for the insight!
  2. MagnaFlow or AWE exhaust?

What’s your subjective take on the XMod? The other guys opinion was the worst I’ve heard - subjective but raises a concern to be sure. I was intrigued by its throatier? tone - but that’s based on YouTube. If you have or can shoot a fresh clip, that’d be delightful.
  3. Single-side heater issue

2020 Supra, 21k miles Heater doesn’t blow hot on driver side. Seems to be across all vents/defrost. Passenger side gets hot, as it should. Has anyone experienced this? Our local dealer has lost our trust, and plan to go to the local performance shop… but not at all against some problem...
  4. What size rears are you running on your stock wheels

No, sir. Pretty minimal cost difference when talking OTD price. While I haven’t used the TireRack warranty, I’m pretty pleased with the local shop - I could pull out of the bay, roast the tires, and pull in for a new set. Also a buddies store, so pumping his numbers and tipping him/his guys is...
  5. Clutch Slipping on stock A91 MT...

*watching this thread closely - thanks for the info 1200 miles in here, with no issues yet. No power mods but have downpipe/exhaust in the mail and have been shopping tuning opportunities the last 2 days - sounds like waiting on the tune is advised. Going to post this elsewhere but as it...
  6. What size rears are you running on your stock wheels

Purchased at Discount Tire - about $2100 with all taxes and replacement certificates (an extra $400 probably), etc. The 295s should cost a bit more but there was an ordering issue that they helped out with.
  7. What size rears are you running on your stock wheels

295/265 in the new Continental Extreme Contacts. Stock wheels. Actually very pleased with how they present and drive!
  8. Talkin’ Clutch - General Impressions

Definitely long. It has grown on me, though! I drove the S2000 the last couple of days, which I generally do not simply due to the tiny nature of the thing… But getting that old(er) clutch feel, and tiny throw, was really a treat. Apples to oranges, I suppose - still learning to love the Supra...
  9. Parking Brake unexpected Release (MT)

I experienced something similar last night. I say similar because I might have fat fingered it - but I don’t believe so. Experienced the immediate (unintentional) release after setting. I was shuffling cars in the driveway, intending to jump out and back in pretty quickly… I’m glad I didn’t...
  10. What cars sit next to your Supra?

Some of these garages are as impressive as the vehicle selection. So sweet. To the fellas joking they don’t belong or feel poor - me too, man. Me too. But all good fun and love seeing the variety. I’m going to go shamefully degrease my floor and buff my tool boxes before getting the boot by...
  11. What cars sit next to your Supra?

Loving this. More diversity than I might’ve assumed but exactly what I was hoping to see. Cars (and bikes) are neat.
  12. What cars sit next to your Supra?

Holy cow I love all of this! ?
  13. What cars sit next to your Supra?

Good call… bright side: I suspect the Supra is still infinitely less lethal in the winter than that Camaro would have been.
  14. What cars sit next to your Supra?

Thanks for not being a jerk ? (legitimately). We can call this the update? Especially like the x1 and the wide body hellcat the other guy mentioned. @redspencer with a classy selection!
  15. What cars sit next to your Supra?

This might be more Off-Topic but curious what other rides you currently have to complement your Supra, and maybe one thing you love more about the “other.” (Character, ideally; not necessarily “the truck bed cuz it carries stuff.”) Sounds like there are lots of winter cars for folks, and of...
  16. Talkin’ Clutch - General Impressions

I think you’ve captured most of my feelings with what you’ve said. Spot on. And to reiterate - I bring this up for conversation sake. We would not own these cars and love driving them if they weren’t great; it is just requiring some effort to love the clutch (as compared to others...
  17. Talkin’ Clutch - General Impressions

Hi all, Looking for some honest input from those driving MT Supras— How are you liking the feel? I mean the clutch pedal feel/engagement. I am having a heck of a time learning to love it. It is very early and there are many miles to go but it’s been a slower “love” than expected. What’s...
  18. Rocks between rotor and shield - How to make it stop?

Sorry @Chappers - I did the same thing on Reddit last week; posted and the next dude replied and got a rock for the first time after reading post. So.. sorry ? We’ve had it happen twice this first week of our 23’ and only once in the 20’ in 2 years of ownership. Both this week have been “too...
  19. Rocks between rotor and shield - How to make it stop?

Bringing back an old thread if anyone is around.. Any follow-up on a good solution? I plan to tear into it this week and bend things up a bit (if clearances allow) and you all don’t have a different idea. (Planning to keep them in place for now) Thanks all!
