I'm an audiophile and I've always had an aftermarket sub and amp connected to the stock system to fill in the low end bass. Seems like all these "premium" audio systems are tuned to protect against blowing speakers or tuned for the general masses (very boomy). Also noticed the quality of...
Here's my story: was driving to work last week. Some guy in a Hyundai in front of me literally comes halfway out his driver's window and yells "Is ThAt A sUpRa!?" I swear I thought he was gunna fall out of his car. He looked like the monster energy type of Kyle lol. Anyways, I gave him a thumbs...
I absolutely loved the RC. I traded her in for the Supra. Surprisingly, the fit and finish is quite Toyota. I was worried that it wouldn't be but it is definitely a premium interior as far as materials go. There are a few cheap bits here and there. None that will really bother you coming from...
I only had mine for a few days and I absolutely love it for a daily driver. It's fun, sporty and sexy. I mostly use the car in normal mode for my commute to work. I'll probably switch to sport mode if I'm at a light, in the front, to blast off of course. But I find the balance between the modes...
So I ended up with a downshift blue premium! I'm twinning with my cuz now lol. I absolutely love this car. It works well for a modern day iteration of a Supra. Can't get enough of the crackles and pops in sport mode!
2000 Toyota Tundra V6 [sold]
2001 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4x4 [sold]
2015 Lexus RC 350 [current]
Looks like I'm trading in my RC tomorrow for a blue premium Supra! Couldn't hold out until next year! I love the RC for its style and comfort, but I'm too much of a sports car enthusiast to keep driving...
Hey!! I'm looking to swap for this specific one with my dealer here in FL by end of next week. Hopefully nobody hops on it lol. I talked to the manager last night at Pearson about this Supra. I don't wanna drive up there to trade my car in and drive back.. too much of an undertaking.
I actually...
I thought the Z4 design wasn't too attractive in the pics compared to the Supra, but I saw a Z4 M40i in white with an old lady driving it while on the road. It looked way better in person. Both cars look fantastic!
Lol I think I said the same exact thing somewhere on this forum about the matte grey HKS version with the white rims. The matte color is even more shark like in person because it literally looks like shark skin.
Simply put, it stirs me. Just like how the downshift blue stirred me.
Saw white and red and it didn't make me feel excited, although those are very nice colors. Black is my third option behind TG and DB.
Adding more to the TG description; it plays tricks with your mind under certain lighting...
This is at West Kendall Toyota. It was a base with driver's package. Had a stupid small Navi screen, looked really ugly on the dash.
I went to see the color in person to be 100% sure I wanted it.
I'm in the running for a turbulence grey premium with driver's package. Hopefully I can get it in a month or two from my connect.
Also wanna see the other colors like y'all.
That's interesting, but I want the car ASAP. Don't care much for bigger brakes. 90% of my driving will be on public roads, a few track days out of the year, that's it. I want the sound of the straight 6 and the handling for spirited driving. I'm a simple man lol.
