Well the interesting thing is the XM trial stated a few days before I picked it up. (I signed the paperwork on 9/25 and picked it up 10/9). And I was able to register the car with the Supra connect app before I even got there.
Hello everyone! I’ve been lurking on the forums since Toyota announced the return of the Supra. Originally I was going to wait for a 2021 model for the upgrades, but I was able to get a 2020 model for around $9.5k off and that was a deal too hard to pass up.
My previous car was a 2015 BRZ that...
Yeah, don’t put your Instagram handle as a sticker on your car and take it to the dealership. They WILL look it up and use anything they can to deny your warranty claim. People would post track day clips on YouTube and dealers would use that to deny warranty work.
I’d say it’s a dealer tactic. As long as 2020s are on the lot and 2021s are rolling in, I don’t see the rebate going away. The 2020s would never sell. Tomorrow is the last day of the month and quarter. He’s definitely trying to pressure you to buy ASAP. And dealers don’t know what rebates are...
I know a few people that shipped cars and it was fine. Being able to inspect the car beforehand and taking lots of pics is definitely helpful. I was considering the same, but all my quotes were pretty high and it was just cheaper for me to drive it back plus I'm planning a week long trip driving...

That's weird. I got all my pricing upfront. I even have the financing finalized. My dealer said even after I show up if I don't want the car, they'll just give me back the deposit.
I always negotiate via email so its written and I used another dealer to bring them down even furter. Originally...
Thanks! You suffer from the same location issue as me. I'm located in South Florida, so all the dealers are selling at MSRP since the year round demand is pretty good. I imagine with most of California, the driving season is pretty much year-round. I specifically waited until the winter months...
I finalized a deal for a 3.0 Premium in Turbulence Grey for $47,999 with no dealer fees. It also had the carbon mirror caps, so the MSRP was $57,130. I pick it up in 2 weeks since its out of state. I told the sales guy I was considering waiting an extra week to see if the rebate goes up. They...
