I think that's from the zip code he put in. That's probably his regional dealer network. Its nationwide though. If you search other zip codes, you'll get the same amount that applies to those local states.
I think the new ECU has an additional security chip on the logic board. So updates wouldn't affect you the same way. The new cars have different hardware it seems.
This doesn't make sense, right? Isn't the 2021 engine rated at 368 ft-lbf? I doubt a manufacturer would pair an engine at the max torque rating. Even if there is some factor of safety built into the design. Doesn't add up to me.

I saw that listing. Those photos are from the press event that Toyota hosted to reveal the A91 and GT4 cars, not the dealership. I believe no one has it at the dealership yet.
