I don't think it works with the OEM manifold, so it's a misleading post. CSF states that it doesn't work/fit with the stock unit and BMS doesn't have any info. Either way, I haven't (yet) seen anyone post info about installing an aftermarket phenolic spacer on the OEM manifold.

@Deepseahooyah , any updates? How was the install? Any issues, tricks, tips, recommended additional hardware/tools? Pic with the cover on? Planning to install this myself but my garage has been a furnace here in Dallas.

Accolades have already been pouring in praising its driving characteristics. However, long-term ownership, maintenance and serviceability remains to be seen. Considering the $100K price tag though, I'd be hard pressed not to consider the Cayman GTS 4.0 as a mid-engined alternative. Speaking...

Nope. I left mine out in the summer sun then removed it in the late afternoon once the bumper was nice and warm. Just some dental floss and alcohol.

Yup. Between this and the Cusco trunk brace, I got rid of most of the rattles and creaks back there.

Looks great! I wish Katzkin offered it for our cars since they offer ventilated options as well. I had them on my BRZ - perforated leather since I hated the alcantara that came standard.

I like a good balanced look. The bigger the rear wing, the more pronounced the front lip/splitter should be. I originally had a cf rear lip but I missed the built-in factory trunk line lip. Those lines back there are beautiful. So I compromised and went the Aimgain wing. I also have a Maxton...
