Yes, I used the Tesa brand felt tape.
The trim pieces are two separate sections that are just held with clips and pop right out. The one further back comes out first, then the one under the b-pillar around the seatbelt.
There are videos of this if you search for either the harness trunk bar...
I replaced the OEM trunk bar with the Cusco brace and also added Tesa felt tape to the bottom of the window (green area in photo) where the two interior trim pieces touch - it seems those pieces tap on the windows when the car flexes over bumps. My creaks and rattles are nearly all gone!
Slightly more restrictive. I didn't suggest that catted is better than catless. Definitely better than stock though.
Also depends where you live and what your goals are. Again, AA's catted DP allows you to run stock, stage 1 or stage 2. Its versatility is undeniable, which maybe a worthy...
I love them! I left a 5-star review on your eBay store. Let me know if you ever decide to make a grey version with either red or black lettering. Thank you again!
I threw away the hex bolts the Cusco came with and used these instead:

Also, the torque spec for the 8 bolts on the flat part is 28nm or 21 ft-lbs and the 2 E14 bolts at the rear corners are 56nm or 41 ft-lbs.
Besides the carbon fiber which is just an aesthetic replacement and the beefy yet pricey Hochman, has anyone noticed any increased stiffness at all from the others like USR or Cusco?
