Double check your emissions laws as you are in CA. If you tune the car the checksum will not match the OEM value and you could fail emissions - the only fix might be to take to the Toyota dealer for a total reflash. If you do decide to tune the DME - take it in for any recalls DME updates...

Doesn't CA verify the Checksum of the DME/ECU? If you are tuned, you might be SOL - and would have to take your car to Toyota to have them flash it back to factory image.
