Glad you are ok! Happens to everyone. The torque comes on low so its hard to get on it coming out of a corner versus a naturally aspirated car where you can roll onto the throttle and let the power build as you come out of the corner. The short wheelbase really wants to allow the car to rotate...

It is honestly because the shape of the spoiler is not correct to the rear of the car. Try to lay it on the car without the 3M tape and see where there are gaps - you might have to double up the tape in these areas to make it a bit thicker so it adheres without bending.

Not totaled I bet, but will need new outer skin i bet. This is another reason I will not sink lots of money into my daily driver car - people are just so much more stupid these days and it makes me feel literally sick.
