Today I took my car again for an alignment at a different shop, and they didn't provide an alignment sheet because they claimed their printer didn't work. I asked them for some sort of proof and all they gave me was this picture that doesn't even show everything:

Tire shop might not want to patch it, since it's too close to the edge . They'll probably suggest changing the tires. According to BMW, if you change one tire you'll be fine as long as the tread difference between new and other tire is not greater than 2mm (or 2/32 in freedom units)

Did you check the silicone coupler? It could come lose eventually, happened to me 2 times. I check the fitment weekly by making sure there's no play on the intake.
Dealership BS. They don't want to pay for it; it's 100% covered by warranty
