TT reuses the existing holes, BMR requires you to drill. Both use a threaded plate inside the subframe (VTT uses nut-serts 😆). TT only loads 2 diff cover bolts, BMR spreads the load among 4 bolts. TT requires you to remove 4 bolts to change the fluid, BMR requires 6 (looks like the two halves...

Not sure if you already know this or not, but the pie cuts are out of necessity. Titanium needs pre-heating AND heavy lubrication AND a controlled atmosphere while bending, and can exhibit large springback. Miss any of the above, and you've get surface galling which will lead to early failures...
