The biggest issue with almost any ruling by fiat (regardless of how significant or proximal the problem they were created to solve) is that the few in power are never the same as the few with adequate knowledge and experience of the problem to propose solutions. Doesn't matter if you're talking...
It will automatically order by track number if you've ripped with ID3/4 tagging and embedded album art will also be displayed. If not embedded, any "cover.jpg" "folder.jpg" etc. will be used, just put in the root of the album folder. Anything over 800X800 in size is wasted however...
I'm an old man myself, and I say "fuck all these kids and their apps" almost daily. :p I still have all of my physical media (still adding ~200 CDs, ~60 BR/DVD's, ~30 LPs to the collection every year). On a side note, you can often grab 100+ CDs off ebay when another kid decides the Internet...
I don't do nearly as much "wrenching" as many on here... so my HF stuff has held up pretty well.
I do more with woodworking, so I don't care for their (HF) options for the most part. It's less a matter of durability and more a matter of precision on that front. If it's a power tool...
I find it helps to peek through my blinds to make sure none of the neighbors are outside their homes... doesn't reduce the effort by much, but it definitely cuts down on wasted time.
This. I couldn't care less what power is listed on the marketing materials... it's how it drives that matters. Plus even if you're into 'dyno-flexing' - well then you've got actual dyno runs to back up whatever it is you're claiming... right?!?
Then again I've always been that way... you can...
^ This. A decent shop should have the flat rate posted for an alignment. This is the BMW shop I go to for all but recalls, etc.:
There shouldn't be much price variability in an alignment... unless it needs something repaired in order to bring it into alignment. Might be a bit more in CA since...
Although the FF hype-train definitely did wonders for the A80... I'm thinking the prices on FD's has more to do with the fact that they've all blown at least one motor at this point... likely more than one. Tends to make buyers a bit more cautious than a powertrain that's practically bulletproof...
It absolutely does. I was not disputing that in any way, perhaps you misunderstood? It does not significantly change the frequencies produced by the subs. It does make them sound significantly cleaner however, which is especially beneficial considering how simple it is to perform.
Definitely... my only regret really is that I didn't wait another 2 months when I purchased mine in January... right before the pandemic. Could have saved at least $5K by just waiting 6-8 weeks or so... but my psychic ability failed me miserably.
This. Plus since it's not a tuned port, just an 'exhaust port' - the port itself isn't really contributing in a meaningful way to bass extension... but it definitely is contributing to the amount of vibration and noise.
Yeah the factory subs don't have enough excursion to require more than what's listed in the thread you already followed. Any OEM form-factor replacements (ghost subs, etc) would be the same.
Replacing with something that wasn't low-profile on the other hand, would likely benefit from larger...
Sweet diamond plate ceiling access! Until I enlarged the image I thought: "Hmmm mirror on the ceiling above tools... kinky!" I mean I love my tools too... just not in that way. :p
Ludicrously calm here... I don't know either of you, and $12 doesn't mean shit to me regardless. Just observing a bit of random 'ass-hattery' and commented. Still a free country, sort of. :p
With the way the economy is going... there may not be a facelift year ever... unless you consider the CF edition a facelift. I could be surprised, but I'm thinking real estate isn't the only thing headed for the dirt (at least in most markets) and I could see Toyota riding a full 6 years - on...
