The way most burbles work is that it kinda allows fuel to be unburnt which passes through the exhaust where it then gets burnt. Having fuel pass through the cat is what causes the damage to it as it then ignites inside the cat. That's why going catless is technically safer. So it gets burnt...

It'll happen they all get unlocked people are just impatient. The biggest thing, i would car about is the head tweaks, ultimately it comes down to modifying. Sure it's nice stock and the 21s are slightly different but as soon as you through something under there it all goes out the window.

I've never had an issue here in Ca with tint and exhaust, tbh. With that being said, I did go 35% in the front and regret it, because it's still too light, should have gone 20%. The only I ever got shit was in Va as well because loud exhaust and popped me for tint like 12 years ago in my SRT4, lol.
