Of course there are exceptions, but I am not saying necessarily the cleanest or best Supra. I won’t argue the better examples went that cheap, but overall depreciation for the MKIV was very significant.
I understand what you're saying, but don't forget from 2000-2010 they depreciated pretty horrendously. If I recall it wasn't too hard to get a nice twin turbo then for about 20k?
Sure, there's some proof, but I am not talking data. From my experience, which is key, the depreciation was not that bad. The residual for the lease was around 42k or something, which is not bad depreciation for a 3 year old car.
That's not entirely accurate. You're assuming all are priced high around 92k which, when compared to the median, is on the very top end. My M3 stickered when new for 60-65k (can't quite remember). I assume the pricing would average out to about 65-70k. In that case, the depreciation would...
I have some experience with an earlier F-Type R. I have to say it was a very exciting car, very pretty, extremely loud. However, I doubt the long term reliability is great.
Port injectors don’t exist for the B58. The engine was only cracked recently. Big Boost has a throttle body port injection system but I’ve heard the metering and atomization can be inconsistent.
The way it works is you have a small plate that fits between the intake manifold and head. It has...
Running port injection is as easy as running meth. You do not use a stand-alone for most BMWs. You run a secondary controller that runs parallel with the cars ECU. It only really injects fuel under high boost conditions. One of the most common PI controllers right now is a JB4.
No, I don't think so. The E46 CSL was SMG only yet they go for insane prices. I think that its prices will be dependent on how it drives and how the market changes in the next few years.
My GT4 had it on the hood, bumpers, side skirts, and the rear bumper behind the wheels. Mine was also a decent chunk of change, but it is definitely the best peace of mind for paint protection.
