I think it's just a matter of time OP gets familiar with his new car and notice greatness of the M2 which might be different from the Supra and begin to love his car.. and 2 weeks later forgets about us.. :dunno:
GR who? :coffee:
If I got a non-2020 Supra today, I would probably change the catback, get spacers for the factory wheels (only if they look retarded without), and a JB4.
The rest like decoration pieces, it's really up to you.
I don't think CAI is worth the trouble unless you want something special like...
That really sucks, OP. ? I can understand the feeling.
When parked in public space there's just so much one can do.. Hope you get that fixed soon so that at least you can hibernate the car knowing she's ready to go next Spring. :headbang:
Interesting question.. if anyone has done this, I would like to know whether there is any excessive oil dripping from the filter when the filter housing is removed from the car (before starting the car).. if at all.
My assumption is that there is minimal oil inside the filter before engine...
My 2020 still runs factory program. I don't use auto engine on/off and always keep my foot on the brake pedal at least 2-3 seconds after starting the car to prevent the crank rock back. I have not experienced any issue.
The main reason why I haven't done it is because I know when it comes...
:pickme: ..I'm completely lost what happened here..
275 with aggressive offset will almost guarantee tramlining.. also are you sure you are experiencing tramlining or just tire not broken in? Because tramlining does not suddenly happen over 70mph.. it can happen at even 15mph for example as...
I have been using Battery Tender JR ($25-30) for decades.. so far no fire. My Supra, STI, Golf-R are currently hooked up to it and has been since day1 while not driven. I believe it’s a safe battery manager. I can’t speak for the other ones.
When I bought a winter set for my STI from TireRack about a month ago, they only charged $42 or something each.
And I have the ATEQ (?) programmer so on that car I just program the new TPMS so no error light. I'm not sure whether the newer 415M Hz (?) costs more... my STI is 2016 so using...
My hobby cars run battery tenders when I know I will not be driving them for more than 2 days. I only drive them on weekends when weather is nice and I have 3 different hobby cars (all cheap cars for poor stupid people like me) so it can be weeks before I drive them again.
On my daily drivers...
Yeah, it's okay, I have my STI and other hobbies (RC cars, music) I play all year long so it's kind of nice to take a break so that I appreciate the car more during the on season, I suppose. :dunno:
I drove my Supra today and passed 4000 miles on the odo.
(mine was bought new in April 2020).
3 more drives and she goes into hibernation mid-September.
I think it's called FFS (flat foot shifting).. perhaps a tuner can program the ECU down the road. My STI, WRX, and Golf-R features FFS running aftermarket tunes.
Oh wait.. post 2020 can't be flashed easily.. (?)
Have you tried places that mix paint for you like paintscratch.com?
I use to paint smaller trim pieces like lip spoilers and such from rattle cans mixed by these guys. Metallics are notorious for difficulty color matching due to flake orientation, but should be close enough for add-on parts.
