I usuallu don't even listen to music while in my Supra so no, I do not use CD decks. I only stream Spotify these days when I do listen. The Supra's stereo is hardly audiophile.. MP3 sounds just fine.

MIne sits flush.. but this is not a Lexus so there is variation all over the car. Germans don't seem to know how to stamp panels accurately or do not seem to prioritize. Same goes with my Golf-R which is even worse. Even my Subaru's (made in Japan) are cleaner as far as fit and finish.

I don't remember how loud the stock intake spool sound was, but my Eventuri intake is noticeably louder in all regards with no degradation in power. But it can put a dent in the wallet. Maybe not for you..
