Tesla.. LOL. Just get a Subaru and keep your Supra. :coffee:
I like effective economical solutions.
How to sell.. just send an appraisal request to Carvana. They'll even pick your car up and give you a check on the spot.
I think it's the brake pads. These cars come with adhesives on the backside to prevent rattles.
You know, I had issues on my Golf-R when I swapped to Brembo pads.. rattled/clunked like some metal to metal noise. I swapped back to stock no issue, then swapped to some Japanese brand pads and...
Agreed. I too only did 6L+ earlier this summer (and previous changes) and ran oil level check after a nice warm up drive. Display showed full.
I've have the same issue on my other cars. If my car calls out 4.5 qt, I only put in 4 qt, then add later if needed. Too many times (early on when I...
Congrats OP. wow, "slow as f-" about your A90? Dang, I thought even just with a JB4 the car is much too fast for street unless careful. :hmm: I must be getting real old now..
I stuggest getting both BimmerLink and BimmerCode apps for your handheld. I have the iOS one and works perfectly with a VeePeak (sp?) BT module.
I can't even clear the oil change reminders from my cluster due to low mileage .. BimmerLink fixes this.
No thanks for me. I even have a black car. If the car is considerably modified I am sure they can look okay..
My car has factory CF mirror caps and a small CF trunk lip I added along with glossy black Maxton splitter. Everything else is stock on the outside and very pleased with the look. ?
I had to fix my WRX several weeks ago as she too got hit by hail a few months back. It wasn't too bad, but about 10 or so visible dents on the hood, roof, and near c-pillar. I have the tools to fix it so did all of it except for one which landed just next to a brace and the glue/slide hammer...
I thought I read somewhere that the Z4 gets the lower frequency horn and the Supra gets the high frequency horn. So perhaps you might want to read about the Z4 horn and possibly a plug an play.
HOWEVER, the FIAMM horn I used works perfectly fine and plug and play is over rated. Thing is just...
I like the front and side view of the rendering (I think it's the same from BestMotoring) not sure about the rear however, but I'm sure I will get use to it. Anyway, something to look forward to.
I run the Eventuri just for show for me. I think it looks pretty especially with their engine cover. Sounds good too when pushed.
I frequently admire the engine bay like how a real car guy should, so it makes sense to me.
I don't drive..? :dunno:
Actually I keep the engine bay tidy at all times using micro fiber towels and quick detailer, and some Aerospace 303 for plastic and rubber parts. It's like cleaning the toilet.. if you keep it clean all the time, cleaning itself is not difficult.
I spent a couple of grand (5K tops?) I don't remember. I'm happy the way she is. My aftermarket bits are all unnecessary.. just some things I added to make her mine.
But do spend the $15 to get the lower frequency horn..
I only do the bare essentials (and whatever floats my boat like CF bits) to make a car mine. If the stock system works, I don't touch that area and just enjoy it the way it is. My mods listed in my sig.
In the recent years cars have become much more compliant so there is less need to mod.
