no solution is 100% but the newer ones are better. and more importantly if you get it new, you get the full warranty so if it does trigger the CEL, you get a free replacement. you lose that when getting a used downpipe- Extreme Power House

Same, but ensure you get the downpipe with the newest cat. if the item is used, you are likely getting an older cat which had some issues with the CEL- Extreme Power House
