Catless with no check engine does not exist. The logo on the metal pipe does not matter. To avoid the check engine light, you need a flash tune or O2 spacers/extenders. Spacers/extenders will work on any brand downpipe, you might as well get the cheapest good quality downpipe you can find.

I have not seen specific dataflows on the Supra downpipes, but many dynos posted by manufacturers and customers show an increase in power by upgrading to a catted downpipe

That has been my experience with them as well. It is still surprising you have had that many failures with their kits.

We sold over 160 Vargas Supra kits, I did a quick search, and I was not able to find any warranty request on them. We sold over 100 Pure turbo Supra kits, and no warranty request was found. I can do a deeper search for a warranty request, I might find 1 or 2 missed by my quick search, but even...

Yes the downpipe itself does not make a difference, it's the cat used. But Not any GESI will work, it depends on which GESI is used and the model of the car. I know Active had to upgrade their GESI cats a few years ago to guarantee the no check engine light.

It might. If you are looking for a downpipe with a no-check engine guarantee, you need either the active autowerke or the Fabspeed With all the other options, there is a risk of getting the check engine light

Im not familiar with O2 spacers unfortunately.
