  1. Switching from black leather to red nappa leather seats

~ Yeah I was elated with the company and installer. His attention to detail surpassed my expectations. ??
  2. Switching from black leather to red nappa leather seats

I figured I would start a new thread regarding the process. I personally found the black stock leather interior kind of boring, industrial looking vinyl like appearance and I wanted to add some pop of color to the inside with red leather. After noting some others opting to change their...
  3. Looking at changing interior from red to tan

~ Yes I wanted the oem look and contrast.
  4. Looking at changing interior from red to tan

A sample that was sent to me from the upholster... I expect them back tomorrow.
  5. How did you install radar and dashcam?

I'd suggest hardwiring them. The fuse panel is on the right side passenger compartment footwell. Use an adapter wire / plug like such.
  6. To M2 or not to M2

~ Love the car... Despise the bumpers.
  7. Looking at changing interior from red to tan

I removed my stock seats tonight so I can drop them off for the red leather to be installed. Super easy to remove (4 - T50 bolts and a clip harness). And nice to vacuum beneath them.
  8. Need to replace rear tires.

I'd only run only a matched set front and rear. Mixed matched isn't the way to go imo. However, I wouldn't drive anywhere on those rears showing inner cords... that's a blowout in the immediate making.
  9. Looking at changing interior from red to tan

~ Wow the debossing is super cool. I had them ditch the silver company emblem and side black airbag tag on mine. An extra cost of course. Appears the Verona leather has more grain than the Nappa. Can't wait to see the final install. I'm removing my seats personally and delivering just the...
  10. Looking at changing interior from red to tan

~ yes but I wanted to match the existing light grey stitch on the dash and door panels so it remained factory looking.
  11. What did you do to your Supra today?

~ Looks Great! A secondary full time job indeed. Once they are spotless... you just want to admire it until you have to drive it and start over. ? Well done.
  12. Unknown accesories in my new supra

    ~ certainly looks crusty...
  13. Unknown accesories in my new supra

~ disregard my prior response ... looks to be lighter plug based.
  14. Unknown accesories in my new supra

Appears it may have been an aftermarket hatch release / pop button. Some have added these discretely just above the rear licenses plate near the plate lights. Perhaps there's a hole in the rear bumper somewhere? That would be my guess.
  15. Feel super lucky (24 3.0 MT)

Your first purchase... available on eBay and less than $80. They look factory installed.
  16. What interior cleaner do you use and recommend?

Most aren't going to be in favor but I use 409 ... (spray the 409 directly on to a clean microfiber towel) ... it does an amazing job and doesn't leave anything greasy or shiny. I recommend reconditioning the leather after cleaning.
  17. Curbed factory lip

    ~ exactly.
