The new red Nappa Leather covers arrived today... Wow they look fantastic in person. Zoom in for a closer look of the details and stitch of the loose lower seat cover. A photo doesn't do them justice.
The installation is to take place April 1st. Photos to follow once installed.
I would place the tape all the way around the perimeter edges.
Also test fit the spoiler without the tape to assure it fits flush against the hatch. Some aftermarket spoilers can just be a bad mold or poor fit.
I would suggest removing the misfit spoiler while the tape is fresh.
Clean both surfaces with rubbing alcohol (hatch and underside of the spoiler).
Replace 3M tape on the underside of the spoiler.
Remove the 3M tape backing and spray the tape area with a mixture of 25% rubbing alcohol and 75%...
A beautiful and rare example. Full ppf is an expensive investment at 5-7k that a true enthusiast should find as a huge plus imo. Well represented. Glws.

Last week... I opted to order a custom Alea Leather set of seat covers in the premium Nappa Leather in Red and Black on the upper sides and backside of the seat... following the factory Supra pattern and light grey stitch.
I expect to have them in a couple weeks. I will post photos once...
I ended up doing both... paint corrected prior to the full car ppf and then after. Some don't realize you can polish the ppf but you can.... adding even more clarity.
I've never seen a silver finish shine so much.
Having custom red nappa leather seats made for the Supra following the stock pattern. Out with the black and in with high-end supple red leather. Looking forward to a pop of color inside.
Gladly parting ways with the industrial vinyl like leather the Supra offers.
Photos to follow in a couple...
