Are you not bothered by having one Black door and one Hazlenut/Cognac/Tan door? I love the interior generally but it does kinda bother me that the passengers door looks like it should be in a Black interior car.
I showed a couple of my mates and when they finished laughing they asked if Toyota...
Got a manual one. Very happy with it. Personally wouldnt consider an Auto... Auto is objectively better, sure, but you wont be able to buy manual anything soon, no chance I am wasting an auto on this car.
In a few years there will be plenty of cars faster than the Supra if you just want to hold...
Thanks for the advice so far. I checked the code:
P0420 - Catalyst System Below Efficiency Threshold Bank 1
I was able to clear the code. Should I expect it to return?
Hi guys, I recently bought an Active Autowerke downpipe because they guarantee no CEL. It was literally at least twice the price of other downpipes.
Unfortunately on the second drive, within the first 100 kilometers of driving, the AA downpipe has thrown a CEL. I am pretty disappointed given...
It's a bit louder, I dont know, maybe 20%. Not really night/day difference. Still to quiet for my liking but better than stock. Gets a few more crackles and pops if thats your thing.
It's not the first gen B58. It's the 6 port 382hp engine.
The power is measured at the wheels with no correction for drive-train loss. It's how it's done here.
From what I have seen, US dyno numbers are higher than Australia but looking at trap speeds in drag races, our cars trap the same with...
Recently installed an AA Downpipe on my 2023 Supra (MT).
Put it on the Dyno before, made 235.5kw (315hp for the Americans) at the wheels.
After the AA Downpipe was fitted, ran the car again and made 255.3kw (341hp) at the wheels.
An increase of 18.8kw (25hp) just with the AA Downpipe - An...
I didnt find this to be a problem but to be fair I am running stock tyres. With semi slicks and more grip this may then become more of a problem.
A lot of people complain about rear end grip, I didnt find this to be a problem at all. I had the opposite problem, struggling with front end grip...
Cheers! There is a mid to high 1.45 there in the stock car for sure.
RE71RS and pads have been ordered :)
The goal is to get into the 1.41's with a relatively standard car.
Hey guys, got my Supra out on track for the first time. Even standard these cars are incredibly capable. This is with standard tyres and even brake pads and fluid.
Best time I could manage in the Manual Supra on the night (first time in this car) was a 1.46.09, a mid to high 1.45 is definitely...
Found myself in a similar situation. Had a Lotus Exige V6 S but wanted something easier to live with. Personally I would never buy a 4 cylinder Cayman so that was never something I looked at but I did look at/drive the 981 GT4 before buying the Supra. The problem with the 981 GT4 is exactly as...
I've got a 2023 Supra and a 2023 Tesla Model Y.... I know the Supra would get it in a long enough race but on the street the Tesla actually feels faster and in a lot of scenarios would win in a race. The instant EV power and ability to lay it down effectively would mean a Supra would need a...
Hey guys,
I've simped out and bought a set of TE37's for my Supra.
I'd really like to retain the OEM ability to manage tyre pressure and tempreture via the infotainment system as I can with the OEM wheels.
Is anybody able to run me through what I need to do in order to have full functioning...
