The satin black areas on my car are also covered in xpel matte film.
I use a quality quick detailer after each washing the car. Iāve tried many quick detailer sprays over the years and my favorite is Chemical Guys V07 Hybrid Spray. Not all quick detailer are created equal.

~ Yes you are correct. Riding on the bump stops is not a good thing and the ride will be rougher without the necessary travel. Trimming the bump stops allows the required strut & shock piston travel for the oem like ride.
Iām now at 1,400 miles... just to be on the safe side I opted for an oil change. All looked great. I plan to do so every 5,000 miles.
