Yeah, I just did a quick search for Socal local inventory and I could hardly find any Supra's. It looks like Longo may have(5) 2.0's and Autonation shows a few 3.0's but all pending sale. It might be the opposite situation on the west coast compared to where the article was talking about.

I also experience an intermittent shift delay on 1-2 shift (*update 2-3 shift as well). Doesn't matter if it's auto or manual mode. RPM's aren't always near redline either. Does it in Sport and Sport + mode. Again, It is for the most part inconsistent and intermittent. Sometimes it shifts like...
As I understand SPL's design, the use of just the FLCA tapered spacer alone should retain the OE outer pivot point height. When lowered, it can be advantageous to add the provided SPL spacers to drop the outer pivot point which will raise the roll center height back up. I can imagine if the...
I open my hood after my sessions when I go autocrossing. Even then I would do a few cool down passes in the paddock before parking.
You shouldn't have to pop the hood when coming home unless you are racing down the street right up to your house.
This seems to be a great solution for most:

I'm currently on 5W40 Red Line oil since I had a few boxes of these on the shelf. I couldn't wait to change out my 0W20 after my break-in...
Camber front and rear look good & even for street driving.
Higher caster on the left front isn’t helping your pull to the right but it’s not bad at all. I typically I would like to error more caster on the right to combat crown in the road. Not adjustable in stock form anyways.
Front toe looks...
When I experienced this, it was near the end of my commute to work. Which is 45 min of driving. So, I don't think it's temperature dependent. Or at the very least, it appears it can happen when the engine is hot or cold.
My instance happened at the traffic light just off the freeway off-ramp. So I was cruising just before the event occurred. This felt more like accelerator control drive by wire issue rather than engine timing.
This pedal lag happened to me this morning at a stop light. For a second, I thought I switched to "normal" mode by accident. But no, I was still in "sport +", which usually has even more pedal touchiness than regular "sport" mode. It drove fine the rest of the way. Only happened at one stop...
I only drove the car in Sport mode, but the increase in volume was subtle yet noticeable from the cabin. If I had to give a percentage than, yes about 20% louder. I don't like loud exhausts for the sake of being loud, but I do like to be able to hear the engine/exhaust when I get on it.
I don't have one but my buddy has the aFe exhaust and it sounds great. He let me drive it and I didn't hear any drone at all. One of my biggest gripes I have with many aftermarket exhaust systems is drone. I think the aFe has a resonator which might help with that. I can't speak of the Borla...
