Yellow is a natural color in nature (flowers/polllen,etc), so they are automatically attracted to it, especially in the spring time. Plus, there are certain waxes/polishes/sealants that give off odors that attract them too. You could have a combination of both going on.
Have you guys gotten together for anything? Maybe a mountain run since everything will be on lockdown, the roads shouldn't be that busy! Charlotte to Mt. Mitchell to Asheville (for a bite) then cruise home. Just a thought. Chime in if interested.
I've seen a few people mention it on here in a few threads. From my understanding it is about 1,500 pages worth of material. So I could consider that pretty in-depth. I'm sure someone will chime in who has used it and can give better feedback, so I'm just giving your thread a bump.
Clementc, the NOCO Genius looks good to me. I ran a quick check on ECS Tuning for Z4 G29 Chargers and all of these came up as options (including a few of the NOCO products).

Yeah, I agree with JasonO, just change your setting in the iDrive system to shut the car off on opening the door. Less headache and worrying. However, even with this setup the car does still remain "live/powered" for 6 minutes. I ran across this when I was testing/installing my radar detector.
Definitely hand wash all the time. I remember my buddy telling me about one time when he was a teen and they tied bolts onto the brushes on one of the automated car washes. He said when the brushes started spinning all you could hear were the bolts smacking the car and beating it to death...
Good to hear! I'm going to experiment tomorrow with removing the cargo cover and also adjusting it. That would definitely change the air flow in the cabin and the acoustic factors of the wind flowing through. My old Z06 had a soft shade cover in the cargo area. It was basically mesh to help...
Are you riding around without the truck cover installed? I wondered if messing with the cargo area would change the way air was coming into the cabin and possibly change the buffeting effect.
I have my entire music library loaded onto a single micro SD Card. The album art is also loaded too. For reference these are my specs:

I don't know of any way to fast forward especially from the USB location. I know I tried the touch screen to see if that worked but it didn't fast forward. All I could get was repeat and advance. I haven't transferred any music to the internal HDD so I don't know if it will do that from...
Anyone use the silver support brace for a camera mount? The bar is pretty thick and all I can find that might work so far are C-Clamps for DSLR Camera Mounts. I didn't want to do anything permanent and didn't want to use 3M adhesive on the bar. Just something I could throw up quickly when...
Ryco, it looks like you would only need two parts (Add-a-Circuit & Hardwire). About $7 & $30 for hardwire. Literally it's only two screws and one bolt that you have to mess with. It's a super easy install.
Per Escort webpage, you have two options to hard wire.
The Escort Direct Wire...
As I drove around today, I wondered that myself and noticed that tons of Toyota/Lexus have this setup on alot of their cars. I didn't notice any other car manuf doing this.
Was walking through the garage today and noticed that the Lexus already had OE wind diffusers from the factory on the mirrors. They are already glossy black and blend right in.
F47 does not have a fuse in it. I ran a test with it and it worked exactly the same as F46 location. I double checked the fuse diagram and it doesn't show anything being used at that location. Drove around all day off and on and hit every button I could try in the car and everything seemed...
I followed consultadrone tips and did a hardwire today myself. Front fuse box located in the passenger footwell. The add-a-fuse only accepts up to 10A. F46 location has a 20A fuse which powers the 12V cigarette lighter. I use that for an air compressor sometimes, and didn't want to put an...
