So for spring rates, there isn't a single rate. The springs has 3 different rates because how the springs have been put together the black spring is 2 springs bonded together and the Orange spring has its own rate. For range, it's 0 to -35mm

It's really tight on the front of the car. The SPL endlinks would be a minimum, and possibly even grinding off a small part of the tab on the sway bar to allow full lock (if that's a necessity)
