I've had my Supra since Jan 2022, manufactured in Dec 2021. I've done about 11.5k now. I recieved an email from my Toyota dealer stating the car was due a service. I checked the car service indicator and it said not due till 12/2023 or 20k miles. I also checked the warranty and service manual...

Mine was installed as a dealer option from new. I think it runs off a feed from the rear fuse box like the one in the link.

I've called and raised it as a warranty issue. I sent them some pictures today too at their request. I'll have to wait and see what they say about replacing it.

Do you know how quickly yours started to deteriorate? My cars only 4 months old. I did think about aftermarket, but I feel they should have to replace it, even if I do later decide to swap it for an aftermarket emblem. That will then be my choice entirely.

Hello everyone, I'm in the process of raising a warranty claim through my local dealer at Guildford, Surrey, UK. The issue I have is that the front Toyota emblem badge has started to break down and the chrome effect paint is peeling. Anyone else had this issue here in blighty, or elsewhere?

If you select the nav or map button on the controls and you get a menu or map instead of a message saying you need to insert a USB device and pin code, then they have done their job. Glad to hear your happy with it. It's a lovely looking car, made all the better by knowing that one is your own.

I'm not jealous at all....... I bet you're also going to say that your Sat Nav has been set up correctly too....

Bumping this thread. Anyone got a recommendation anywhere in the UK for a Toyota dealer that actually knows what they are doing with the car, or frankly cares?

My car was built in Dec 2021 and I'm certain the exhaust has been tamed further. Either that or the factory tune has been modified to reduce the exhaust effect. The car I borrowed in August last year, which was an early 2021 production date, definately sounded better, especially the burble...

I was notified on the MyT App on the 16th December 2021 that my car was being built. I picked it up from the dealers on the 27th January 2022, but it had been at the dealers for about a week before I was able to collect it. So 5 weeks from build to delivery at dealers.

I'm in Hampshire, but on the border with Surrey. Anyone bought any accessories yet? Car is currently out of service as I got a puncture on the near side rear tyre on Friday. Have a mobile fitter coming to the house on Wednesday to replace the tyre.

I did a cursory check on this, but I'm also now doubting if I did enough. Looks like I'll be jacking the car up at the weekend and taking the wheels off. That will then lead to detailing the wheels and calipers......doh!

I got a set of the OEM GR tyre caps. For about £36 here in Blighty. Part number is included for reference.
