Anyone buying a production Supra designed for the street and expecting pure race car efficiency is probably buying the wrong model. Anyone wanting that should consider a GR Supra GT4 for $200K or another car they think is better.
Plenty of production cars have functional vents yet still have...
Someone at Toyota should be fired if they don't fix the wind buffeting considering how easy it is to take care of. They should add a way to open the trunk/hatch from the outside while they are at it.
2020s are about $3K less than a comparable 2021 because there is that much more rebate money. Plus 2020 have 0%.
I doubt anyone bought a 2021 3.0 for $40K? Not even a base 2020? That would even be very questionable? I am talking a straight purchase without trade or any backend products or high...
What other NEW car competes with a Supra 3.0 at $50K-$55K?
The pros far outweigh the cons as far as the BMW/Toyota partnership. It's a fine car for $50K-$55K. I read somewhere someone at Toyota said the Supra would have been $100K if Toyota would have done it from the ground up.
Sport cars sales are seasonal. It's winter and there are cash rebates now. It's also much later in the model year. There are definitely more deals now. The deals might even get better when there are announcements of the 2022 models soon as 2021s come to an end.
Dealer that are marking up...
A new 2021 Premium with the driver package can be bought for about $50K-$51K now due to discounts and rebates.
Just curious? What would you consider is a better new car for $50K? Or even for the full MSRP of $55k-$56K? It does not even have to be better, just comparable.
Same here. Loved how confidence inspiring and fun the R was to drive but could not commit due to the looks. Supposedly Honda is going to go for a more reserve look that is less boy racer with the next one.
Better yet, Honda should revive the Prelude and throw the Civic Type R parts on to it.
It looks good. It looks finished now. Maybe pimp it out with a narrow red pin stripe that matches the red stripes on the engine cover? lol. Place the red stripe on the insides of the bars facing the engine so it's subtle.
Usually leasing a car with heavy depreciation is not a good idea. Your lease payments are based on the projected depreciation. You want to lease cars that have very low depreciation so your monthly lease payments are lower.
A friend owned one. The Quadrifoglio is a REALLY fun car. Way more fun than a M5. The heavy depreciation makes them pretty good value. You can eliminate some of the repair anxiety. You can buy heavily discounted FCA backed extended warranty for them. Dealer customer service and support is up to...
I think the guys from Apex in the video said something about bushing deflection.
It does not seem to be entirely bushings or deflection. I think they say there are bad alignments or variances from the factory. That and poorly engineered suspension geometry from the factory. They also...
You and a relative have common interest. Not just the x-ray. He's a adrenaline junkie too. My cousin owned and survived a horrific 120 mph crash on a 2006 Yamaha R1 like yours. He tracked bikes but the accident was on the street. He was riding with friends who witnessed the accident. He hit a...
