I am curious how you go about buying expensive used watches to fix/restore in the 10K - 50K range? I'd be scared of being scammed with fakes etc - I don't think I'd ever trust buying something for 20k+ on ebay etc, and sure as hell not on Facebook.

For the front vents, do they provide any function by themselves given the position? I'm not familiar with what is directly behind them other than the wheel well liner (presumably). Would cutting the wheel well liner potentially help cool the brakes with the front vents installed?

Yea, its actually pretty subtle if you use the jet black ones. That said, some type of thicker, more tactile metal/die cut sticker seems like it could be a good solution that could also look great.
