It takes a while for a cabin air filter to go funky and that’s usually a musty smell. That said, it’s not too hard to pull it out and check.

I do wish there was quantified data on performance improvement. I want one of these so bad, but want to be able to justify it for reasons other than the truth; that it just friggin looks cool.

I know you’re being serious and my apologies for joking - it’s sort of what I do. I had the same issue in a mustang and it was the heater core. In my case, the heater core leak soon got worse and visible coolant vapor eventually vented into the car like a sickly sweet fog. Gotta love Ford.

I’m running the convex European mirrors both sides. Our stock passenger is slightly convex, but I got a pair from someone who works at a crash testing center in Europe. I also have an extra pair without the blind spot warning light that are gathering dust. I suppose I should put those on ebay.

Although I bought a 3.0 and I don’t regret buying it rather than a 2.0, had I bought a 2.0, I DON’T think I’d regret it at all. Go buy a 2.0 and drive the hell out of it.

Are you sure of the trade in values? Did you get an estimate from zoom or someplace else to be sure? The used car market is insanely strong right now.

I think it is (or can be). I disabled the lane departure and I’ll get a wheel vibration notification when the signal is on and I’m turning if there is a car or large farm animal next to me while I’m turning. I suppose it would do the same if there was a dirigible next to me as well.
