I've never personally done this, but did you also raise the seat to the max height as well after bringing it all the way forward? Raising the seat up brings it a little more forward as well.

Yeah that's absolutely fine. You have plenty of overlap with the velcro. None of my MTB tires actually fit within the slot on the mount. As long as the velcro is synched down nice and tight you're good.

Are you using the rear cup with the velcro strap or the plastic one? I was able to fit my 2.8 tire in there with no issues. I've also only used the velcro strap.

I would check a few things. check for leaks make sure you installed the gasket between the DP and the Turbo Are both O2 sensors plugged in all the way Did you accidentally swap the O2 sensors (Upstream/Downstream)
