Right where I circled there are 4 bolts with nuts on the back side of them. There's a good amount of adjustment within that plate to center it perfectly. Loosen the ones on the right side and adjust as needed. You may need to adjust the ones on the left as well.

Yeah thats exactly what I did. Just entered my car info and went with what they recommended. Yes that size all around and they fit perfectly with no spacers. Also that tire size (235/45) was as close as I could get to the diameter of the stock tires so it wouldn't noticable throw off the speedo.

It seems like you're set on using the OEM wheels as winter wheels, but you may want to consider sizing down to get a little more sidewall on there. This is my set up.

No fitment issues at all. There is a lot of adjustment with in the V bands though, so it does take some trial and error to get everything lined up perfectly. That is if you are as anal as I am and want everything absolutely perfect.
