This new trend of flashing brake lights is so tacky looking to me. I understand the potential safety benefit of it but it looks god awful. Reminds me of being behind an old crown vic when they're coming to a stop and the brake lights just keep pulsing on and off.
Just do a quick search on YouTube. There are plenty of videos. I personally used the Thicwhips video with a combo of a few others when I installed mine. The install really isn't bad at all.
If it makes you feel any better I paid $1300 (after my $500 core refund) for my steering wheel through Aza. I have zero regrets and love my wheel. But I have only heard good things about Philips wheels. So for the price you cant go wrong. You def want to stay away from those aftermarket cores...

Unfortunately mine wasn't a Quad ?. I had a Q4 TI sport. But yes the steering feel on that car was amazing. Also the Alfa steering wheel and paddles made the Supra's wheel and dinky paddles feel that much worse.
Ah yes I forgot about this one. Steering feel was one of the biggest let downs when I first test drove the car. I'm used to it now so it doesn't really phase me anymore. I came from an Alfa Romeo Giulia which had the best steering feel I've personally ever felt in a car and before the Alfa I had...
No remote start, no heated steering wheel, and no Android Auto (I added it with MMI though)
Oh and the fact that there is no sync button for the climate control temps
Yeah, def something worth doing yourself. The only thing that can be troublesome is getting the airbag out. Watch a few youtube videos and then have at it. Where are you located?
