  1. New (and old) SupraMKV members say hello!

@Mr. Jonathan Hard to see in the pic but I’m willing to bet it’s a catted dp. I’ve never seen a Titan one, maybe another member knows something about this. You can always get underneath and separate the exhaust from the dp. Just remove the band clamp and 1 hangar bolt and it will slide apart...
  2. New (and old) SupraMKV members say hello!

A catted dp typically does not throw CEL. There are also a couple catless dp’s that do not throw the CEL. I have the catless armytrix on my ā€˜22, it uses an o2 sensor bung packed with ā€œspecialā€ metals to trick the sensor, no CEL with it after a couple thousand miles. So that’s not going to be a...
  3. What did you do to your Supra today?

Is that the 67ā€ version? It looks great!
  4. What did you do to your Supra today?

Love the plow, beats snow blowing any day
  5. What did you do to your Supra today?

    Has nobody said Groupra yet?
  6. Vertical Doors Mod

We’re talking about men’s cars here, so the sensitivity dial is typically cranked to 11 for everybody haha. I think forums where we talked about each others wives and girlfriends would yield less ā€œass hurtednessā€ overall. But nothing stings deeper than the Oriellys Autoparts guy calling me out...

  8. Vertical Doors Mod

That pretty much sums up what I was saying…or trying to. Just trying to bring a little humor here, sometimes it gets a lil raw
  9. Help.. I think I'm slipping!

? this just cured my covid
  10. Vertical Doors Mod

? if you can keep your dignity through a kitchen remodel, then outside opinions regarding your Supra mods are essentially child’s play. There will of course be a mandatory minimum of 3 (insert car you currently drive) aficionados at every cars n coffee for the rest of your life waiting to...
  11. Vertical Doors Mod

@Mr. Jonathan a little surprised at the widespread triggering of your inquiry here. I say go for it, I’d like to follow the pros/cons after somebody has had vertical doors installed for while. As far as attracting attention being a con-this point is brought to you by a community currently...
  12. Custom MST Intake Cover

Dooo it! nothing to lose really when it’s just a little flat piece of aluminum you’re chopping.
  13. Proper way to install springs…

I think most people are just removing the nut. That’s how I installed mine with no issues. It seems unnecessary to remove the entire top hat. A spring compressor is necessary either way, but I don’t think that was part of your question.
  14. Custom MST Intake Cover

@FLtrackdays thanks, now I understand your previous comment. I was confused haha
  15. What did you do to your Supra today?

Not sure what you mean. I plan to leave it closed as is-there’s a sheet of lexan riveted to the cover.
  16. Custom MST Intake Cover

Thanks, I did measure and cut the sides as evenly as possible. The problem is the sides adjacent to the thicker mst side are rounded and wonky. I’m not sure how I could have cut them more evenly, but I get what you’re saying. I guess I could have just followed the perimeter contour all the way...
  17. What did you do to your Supra today?

Made a custom lexan cover for my mst intake. More photos of the process here: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/custom-mst-intake-cover.15793/#post-242166
  18. Custom MST Intake Cover

Thought about buying MST’s clear cover but decided that for $15 in Lexan I could fabricate one that looked more finished. Maybe a little built vs. bought satisfaction too. How did I do? If anybody wants to ship me their cover I will mod it. I could make the cutout different shapes…a diamond...
