Welcome,
I would go to a car audio place....likely they will be familiar with BMW and Toyota’s and installing a dash cam is more about the fit and finish. Tapping into a car’s power supply is the easy part...making everything look good is where you need some patience.
What cam do you have...
Got in contact with my salesman, he wouldn’t confirm anything, but said the date sounds right and the dealership should be getting the car this week!!
(Can’t the dealership easily look and see where the car is in the delivery process??)
This is getting painful....I can’t take it any longer. I am gonna contact my dealer today and try to pry something out of them....I will let ya know if I learn anything interesting...
Man, I wish they would confirm the 22nd date....
I have to take off of work, travel 1,000 miles-just to get it, then head over to get PPF, then drive it home 1000 miles.....
Some firm dates would be really nice....
Anyone know if the “emergency assistance kit” and “first aid kit” have a specific place to be stored in the car?
I want to order everything offered, just to statist my OCD. However, if they will be rattling around in the trunk, I will have to pass....
Agreed with above.
Although it sucks that some people are going to have to pay higher than invoice, if I had a car listed for sale and someone immediately contacted me said they would take it for 5k higher than I was asking, simply because at was a rare or highly sought after car, I would have...
The amount of your trade-in is not subject to sales tax.
Ex
Price of New car=100k
Value of trade in=40k
Total subject to sales tax=60k
It is a nice benefit, however, in my past 27 vehicles, it only made sense to trade 1 of them in, the rest I sold on my own. (But that will vary based on sales...
I would trade the heating feature for cooling any day.
Mine will be sitting in storage during the cold months..
There are worse things in life, but sitting on scorching hot leather and feeling sweat pool on your back, gluing your shirt to you, definitely sucks.
Edit: I will also add, I think...
Hoping someone can help...I am from the states and have been allocated a LE, which sounds like it will be delivered the end of July.
I have never seen the car in person, as I live in a pretty remote area.
Anyway, I am leaving on Sunday and will be spending a week in Edinburg, Scotland followed...
Update: The app is working again and got a facelift.
However, unless you have access to your new Supra, you can’t activate the app, as you need a pin that gets sent to the car when you register your VIN.
Anybody have access to a Supra that can shed some light on the capabilities of the app?
I think you are referring to a post I put up a few weeks ago. It was from an internal email from Toyota Corp. to a dealership. So, yes it was from Toyota, but it wasn’t in a press release or anything like that.
In a later email Toyota states how it is going to try to fill “sold orders.” I...
Seems like the dealers are learning info as they go. I can’t blame them for not giving firm dates.
Last thing you want is to tell someone their car will be ready for them to take delivery and then have to call and break the news that it has been delayed.
My dealer has been great with feeding...
