You can buy just the black stems for the OEM TPMS. Just have to swap them on, 1 screw. I wanted black stems as well and went that route. Might save you some money if you don't need new sensors. Huf is the OEM valve manufacturer.

Like the previous people have said about it not being flex fuel sensor. When I had JB4 and custom tune, by Jesse, I had a custom 93 and custom E30, and just switched between those two different tunes, but all on map 6.

I'd get the custom tune before the exhaust. The exhaust won't make a difference on the custom tune.
It won't get ride of a cel. JB4 can't get rid of cel, you'll need something like EcuTek for that.
