I have a 2021 with the factory strut bars and that same intake, there is plenty of clearance. You likely don’t have the airbox seated all the way down. I can nearly wrap my fingers around it all the way down, and I have sausage fingers.

So when they were on I didn’t scrape pulling in and out of my driveway, now with them off, I scrape ever so slightly.

Look at @Ivan27’s post… post #67 shows you exactly what it is. I had to lift the car to allow the shock to extend so I could get my hand/arm between the wheel and fender, but it was super simple and easy to remove the spacers. Even more reason the dealerships should kick themselves in the nuts!
