I had to lift my car to get my hand between the wheel and the wheel well, but they were extremely easy to remove.

Yeah, I was there and they said they couldn't do it yet because they don't have a "Supra-Certified technician" on staff.

Do you know if they are doing the recall work? I have tried to call multiple times and they keep transferring me to a voicemail box.

2021 Premium 3.0, just stumbled upon this thread, went out checked my car cuz my dealer sucks. Yep, sure as shit, they were still on there. Dealer didn't remove these, didn't unlock my nav... makes you wonder if they even did the PDI at all? Would I be crazy to ask for my dealer prep fee returned?

Hey guys, sorry to drum up an old thread, but I am looking for a dealer in the area that has a certified Supra tech. From what I’ve been told the dealerships can’t do the recalls unless they have one. Or has anyone in the area had the recalls perform? If so, where at? Thanks!

Interesting, I tried to tell him that I would take them, he posted up that they were still available after I said I wanted them. He wouldn’t reply to my posts in the forum or my DMs. I was irritated over it, but now it looks like I dodged a bullet. I hope it works out one way or another for you...

I would think that the navi setup would be part of the $995 dealer prep fee. I’m hearing a lot of dealers are failing on this front. I emailed Toyota Corporate, to be clear, I’m expecting nothing to come from it.

Nice!!! Except… well… you guys know… the navigation doesn’t work without visiting a witch doctor with chicken bones, followed by a promise to Rumpelforeskin to give up your first born, and then drinking the blood of a virgin from the holy grail. Other than that and locked ECUs… COOL!

I was just at the dealer yesterday and they mentioned the recalls. They said they can't do them yet because A)parts aren't available and B)they didn't have a Supra certified technician yet. I questioned that second one. They explained that dealerships are not authorized to perform Supra...
