Simple, if your car is EU spec, it has OPF. US & JP spec owners are lucky to not have that sh*t, so far. This photo is from my 2021 EU spec with OPF, you can recognize it by the V bend part. OPF a.k.a. the sports car sound killer is the solution of PM2.5 pollution from car manufacturer...

Looks like they don't have to bench unlock the ECU, which means remote flash is possible. Good for the ppl not in CA!

I heard a rumor about the cracking the new Bosch ECU, some ppl in China have progress on it. I'm not surprised if the Chinese hackers can achieve that, BMW has factory there so they may get some info from the employee under the table. Not sure if it is about Toyota China finally gets Supra mkV...

JB4 can delete the CEL but cannot force ECU to ignore it so the CEL will come back.

2021 owner here! Trust me, you won't like to live with the CEL, it will lock your boost and turn your Supra to an 86. There are some products on the market e.g. Rush Plux can handle the sensor with the stock DME so you don't get any CEL.

It happened to mine in my memory, and the error would be gone after next engine start.

Yes, There are some companies to do ECU tuning for living e.g. PowerConcept. Trust me, they worry about the new Bosch issue more than us.

Their R&D dept. is in German, unfortunately EU spec Supra does not have the B58B30O1 engine for A91.

I enable CarPlay in a BMW specialized garage since Supra in my country does not offer CarPlay even on Premium model, took me about $199 USD. You need to purchase an activation code, install the WiFi antenna, and program the iDrive(headunit).

DME swap! It reminds me the good old days with HKS F-Con V Pro, A'pexi Power FC and Haltech E6X!
