This has been on my mind since I got my car a few months back. I thought I'd post this here as rust always seems like the number 1 issue for cars here in the UK.
Instead of dealing with it after it starts I'd really like to get in there with some preventative stuff - I'm a huge fan of Bilt...
Just passed the 5 month mark, which means I'm well out of the honeymoon period at least.
I don't think we could be any happier with the car.
Don't keep my cars and bikes long but I have no interest in anything else that's out there - this is the first time that there's been no clear upgrade...
Welp, my car is on ps5's and the rears will need changing in a few months - I was planning on putting a pair of sportcontact 7's on but this has gave me the fear ?
The stock wheels have actually grown on me - I think the white cars are the only colour they look like they were made for with the two-tone contrast.
Call me crazy but I even think the stock ride height is just fine ?
Guys does anyone have any pics of the stock two tone wheels refurbed in silver?
I like the wheels and gonna get them redone in a single colour and I'd like to maybe try something other than gold or black.
I've decided to head down the custom route.
Contacted a custom exhaust maker with a great reputation and he gave me two options (that most folk will already know about) if I want to keep the opf - modify the internals of the stock back box and retain the anti-drone chamber or delete the back...
I have a stock 21' and it's as quiet as a mouse.
I don't want to mess with the opf or downpipe as I can't be arsed with hassles come MOT time each year.
With that being the case, am I stuck with the stock set-up?
I understand you can buy opf-back stuff from milltek but is there any point at...
Hi chaps.
Probably picking up a 2021 white tomorrow and ordering some gear today in the Easter sales - the colour is weird to pin down from the photos but the seller insists it isn't the Matt white - I think it's called Mineral white in the USA.
I'm looking at applying a ceramic coating at...
I wouldn't pay anything like that ???
£42-£43k should be enough to get you in a two year old, mint condition car with less than 10k miles on the clock, even from a dealership - I really, really, really can't see why anyone would pay a single penny more than that.
If you can find one private in...
I'm very much in the market - in the last 6 months I've been watching 3.0 Supras on Autotrader there has usually been between 45-55 on sale at a given time.
Unfortunately private sales are as rare as hen's teeth, (which is proper shit for guys like me who are looking to buy without finance)...
There's been at least two or three brand new cars for sale on Autotrader the last month or so. You may not be able to order one direct from Toyota anymore but they are still finding their way to dealerships.
Facts like this are exactly the reason I asked the original question - there just doesn't seem to be much widespread, concrete info on the subject. 99% of YouTube vids are USA cars too.
