You chose the right path by not biting lol. 1. Because you'd have no traction, 2. Yes he would have dusted you off the line.
Also there are a lot of cars that are faster than the Supra, just live with that fact. But there's more to a Supra (obviously) than racing in a straight line.
Definitely not, I consider a "young" person's car something in the $25-30K range, if even that. Don't know too many 16-20 year olds buying $50-$60K cars.
Thanks! Do you already have one? I notice the description says just double sided tape, but I saw in another thread another guy it had to be screwed with bolts.
Which wing did you replace it with? I probably would have bought this if not for the drilling. Just something about not being able to revert to stock scares me lol
PPF is 100% a must, if you CARE about rock chips. Can't believe there's an argument against it otherwise.
However, you really don't need a PRO ceramic coating if you don't want to spend that much. I detail and ceramic coat my own cars with CQuartz UK, and with some family cars I just use a nice...
Though it looks like any other bone stock GR Supra here, but will contribute anyway. Just picked this baby up last weekend and put a ceramic coating on it.
Holy moly. Didn't realize the OEM one requires drilling. I guess it makes sense since Toyota doesn't want those things flying off during nurburgring track tests or something lol
Thanks for the super detailed post
Ah yeah! Sweet, I mean I love me some RX-7 action too. I really do just want to meet folks, and others with Supras. Anecdotally I really just don't see many in my area (maybe because I'm in Tracy)
Still with that said, I'll drop by the next meet whenever you host the next one :)
