Thanks! Out of curiosity have you noticed your oil move off of the "max" line in any of the oil checks you've done? I suppose this question is for everyone actually, especially 2020s. Have any of you noticed the oil move from the max line at all?
So I took the Supra out yesterday and today, racking up about 200 miles. The car is at 2,265 miles and this car has been driven HARD the entire time, I'm the first owner, the car had 18 miles on the odometer when I bought it. From the time it drove off the lot I've been sending it everytime I...
Installed a Rexspeed Gloss Carbon trunk lip spoiler. I read a lot about this product, mostly mixed. I'm going to grade this product from my experience.
-Rexspeed Gloss Carbon Spoiler Ratings-
Install: Easy! Definitely a do it yourself. They provide a big roll of 3m tape. You cut it yourself...
Interesting. Did they not offer an ABS Plastic or Fiberglass option that wasn't quite so expensive? They do look great. I recently purchased a set of the OEM caps for a discount off Ebay. The Carbon quality on the OEM mirror caps is amazing!
Pardon my reflection, the clear coat on these...
Yo man car looks great. Where did you buy the springs? Every where I look for the Eibach springs says 1.7" drop and 1.2" drop.
EDIT: I went back several pages and found that they are the EU spec springs for the Z4. Are you guys buying these from the Ebay link provided in the earlier post?
Haven't done anything yet, but I purchased a pair of the OEM Carbon Fiber mirror caps from Toyota and I also went ahead and purchased the Rexspeed Gloss Carbon V1 lip spoiler, now I wait patiently for them to come in!
As everyone stated I would ask for them to check the battery and also I would add to ask them to do an oil change. If the car has been at the dealership for 6 months that means it's had oil in it for longer than that, this isn't really a terrible thing, but clean fresh oil is better than 6+...
2021 3.0 Premium. 2,200 hard driven miles from day 1, no oil consumption issues, no issues at all so far. Bought it back in October of 2020 and it's been an amazing car so far.
Hell yea congrats!! This is exactly the same way I felt. From the moment I saw the first 2020 Supra sold when it went across the Barrett Jackson auction, I knew I wanted one. At the time, I wasn't able to afford one and it was just a dream. A year later, I had $20,000 saved and an Absolute Zero...
I have been to that track probably 4 times in the last year. My best friend and his dad have a Miata that they run out there as often as they can find time. I've personally never ran any of my own cars out there, to scared to risk any kind of damage to my cars, even thought I know the risk is...
2021, 3.0 B58. Every time I hop in the car it's almost exclusively in sport manual and I'm driving it spiritedly. Oil checked at 2,200 miles, no oil change done yet, and it's at the max fill line.
You're very welcome. I'm definitely happy with the purchase. Like I said earlier, you can mount it on the other side of the head unit closest to the steering wheel if you think you would prefer it closer.
I actually went out to the garage and pulled the ECU and checked the production date tonight and it read 20-03-18. I'm assuming that means that my car should be able to be tuned correct? Now if that's the case then a downpipe and ECUTek tune might be in my near future.
