I think 340HP for the low spec model is ok. Could have been worse, and I think for people with a smaller budget the low spec Supra should be affordable too.
What does it matter if the high power car comes a year later, Toyota left us waiting for decades now

And straight line performance isn't everything, a twisty mountain road or a track is so much more fun then just going straight.
