Is Nissan even going to be able to pull this off financially? Infiniti sales are crap, most of Nissan cars seem like crap too especially with CVTs. Are they the company that made fake shifting CVTs or am I confusing them with someone else.

Yes, they fold in automatically when you lock the car (it's an option that you can either enable or disable). It's somewhere in the vehicle settings.

Go to Toyota.com > Owners > log in > My Vehicle > Service History. Service records should all be listed there. (I got my first service done on the 9th, it's already listed there).
