Yes....the seating position (the way the seats sit low in the car) makes the car look like a race-car from outside. Something so simple like a wing will clean up the rear end sooooo much better (not that its bad now)....but it will be the cherry on top I think. Also, it looks really high...
Haha....yeah, when I went into some "details", he smiled and said "the Supra will evolve just like any other high performance vehicle."
I think the reps there are only allowed to divulge very little and very basic things that are coming (the accessories) like A70TTR mentioned.
Looks much better in person....hard to explain, but really has a "racecar-like" presence about it. I like it even more after seeing it in person, and with future upgrades like a wing, more aero, etc... it will be a badass car.
I was at the Detroit International Auto Show this weekend, and while speaking with a rep there he mentioned that "6 piston calipers and some other goodies" would be available not too long after the initial release. Any truth to this @A70TTR I am thinking the GRMN car no? ;):D
The MKV definitely needs a wing....and I have no doubt that one will be available in the near future. What I would like to see are more aero extensions to enhance the lower parts of the car (i.e., front lip, side skirt lips, rear valances, etc...). Add those with a nice rear wing, and lower...

Exactly!
If Toyota or Subaru put a 300hp engine in a GT-86, the audience they are aiming for would not have the financial means to buy it. a 300HP BRZ/GT-86 would do a few things to the overall cost or buying and owning. Purchase price would spike and insurance rates would probably double...
A Supra that "we" all want won't be cheap, let's just get that straight. Even if Toyota restarted their production of the MKIV exactly the same way it was in the 90's it would yield a $70k+ car....not even fully loaded because of material production and such. I think what everyone is "stuck"...
...right, so when did I say it was true??? I said, “from my source, this is what I have heard.” I never said anything definitive, however, all information I had received from my source up to this point have been true and internal folks like A70TTR even mentioned the same things after I had...
Simple, I went to school and got a degree. You?
Talking to an imbecile like yourself on a internet forum doesn't determine my qualifications as an engineer....but I'm sure your internet-based education taught you that right?
My point, you ass jacket, is how can you make a comment like that when you yourself don’t know of a GRMN model coming??? I am asking you, how do you know there isn’t one coming??? Right, STFU!
Calm down people....this is only one model/trim that was unveiled. Patience....:D
On a different topic, anyone else hear that the GT500 will only come in DCT, and a manual will be available not long after??
