Why can't it be both? The head shown in the RealOem leaks, in spy photos, and according to VIN leaks all cross reference the X5 or look like the X5 head aka the 330-340hp version

I am referring to the BMW B58 heads, one with the integrated exhaust manifold like in the X5, and the one with the traditonal style in the Z4, not the supposed Yahama/TRD/GR head

They would probably have the different head designs
