Finally got a chance to take the car out since coding this out. Holy crap you saved me a massive headache ? this completely fixed the obnoxious buzzing sound at that rpm range.
Hmmm, now I'm curious. I had decided to just ignore it since the AWE Track is loud as hell, but I do get a weird occasional buzz sound between 3.8k-4k rpms that can get annoying. Wondering if that'll maybe fix it. It's either that or something loose that's causing the rear bar to vibrate...
ASD gets louder based on having a louder exhaust? I assumed it was just a set noise level/frequency set and that the track exhaust would be completely drowning it out at this point.

Got my hood from 1fastsupra.com and also have a bunch of carbon fiber ground effects on the way from there as well. Plan to grab a jb4 tune from Jesse as well, but just going to wait till spring since it's not like I can get any good logs with snow on the ground ?
Got the Varis tyle hood installed just in time for hibernation. Quite enjoying the amplified turbo noises! Focusing more on cosmetics for the time being with the hopes a stateside unlock happens by the time I'm done
You just hit the button that says "Sport". It'll open the exhaust flaps and will hold the revs higher/stiffer suspension etc. Honestly haven't driven the car much at all with it off, the one time I forgot to put it in sport it startled us when the car shut off at the light from the auto stop/start ?
Track edition still has resonators, just no mufflers; so you get the insane volume but still a good sound vs the rasp you'd get without the resonators in place.
The first issue happens regularly for me, but seems to only happen when the brakes are cold when pulling out of the garage, then goes away after a bit.
The track exhaust is loud but you'll still be less obnoxious than the straight piped Harley down the block. I must have super high tolerance for noise though cause I find it tame between 1800-2500 and straight up quiet in normal mode with how much it upshifts. Then again this is my opinion on...
Installed the jb4 on the Supra and took off the mbrp side exit exhaust off the truck to go back to stock :(. Failed clamps caused the pipes to come loose and couldn't get the borked clamps off, plus it was a bit obnoxious for long trips and now we have the AWE track on the Supra for making noise...
