Not sure why so many people have issue with weather tech. I understand RHD cars having issue since it is designed for LHD but my weather tech is secure and never moves around. All I had to do was, replaced velcro with supplied anchor, put the mat in, put the hole over the anchor. Is everyone...
for one, Xpel sells it for about $85 but if you goto carID, https://www.carid.com/2020-toyota-supra-light-covers/xpel-headlight-protection-kit-2617037689.html, $70. I used water + few drops of dishwash in spray bottle to wet the headlight and the film. need to be very patient applying it since...
Sorry it occurred.. to protect it, I had get XPEL PPF for headlight which costed only $90 and I applied myself. so far, no one had noticed that I have ppf on on the headlight.
Great Products..
For me, I will be using OTS oil like mobil or castrol because I believe how often you change oil is more important than what you use for consumer usage. however, like to subscribe this thread to see what's out there. ;)
not the dealer... try Xpel site for their "official" info. Like I said, there's no straight answer on this. you will have to observe it and make decision at the time. just an FYI, I do have headlight PPF from XPEL and I will be replacing it once I feel that it doesn't do what it supposed to do.
You do want to replace it periodically but 2 year is very short. The replacing the film such as PPF or Wrap is dependent on many conditions such as Brand of the Film, how often car was driven and driving condition (rain, snow, sun), & Paint (color and brand) as well as storage condition...
yep! i signed up. See you there! If you signed up /w supra concierge, they don't know your level correctly. so you could send message directly to nasa ne and ask them if they can bump you up. but I strongly recommend to have an instructor with you because you will learn so much more! you...
Have fun at the event! I'm an instructor at NASA North East and had a small group (3) :p last time at Pocono. It was just fun being with other supra at the track! more the better!
this weekend is bad for me.. however, I heard there's another one in Englishtown, NJ on same day.

might want to check this one as well. hope you enjoy~
I'm going to let molybdenum in original oil work until 5,000 miles. so not in hurry to change it so quick.. just monitoring oil level to make sure I have enough oil until then.
i worked on it very slowly and did not break any. i did lose 2 paddings around clips because I didn't know where those came from at the time. if you work in moderately warm temperature and work on it slowly, it should be fine.
