I opted out for few reasons. I will be using it more for track. since this will not be daily driver and will not be driven winter at all, less likely I will hit the pot hole (baby canyons in my area) and damage the rim. also, I will likely be switch to different tire once current one runs...
Looks like supra lets you define several sets of tires such as summer tire set and winter tire set. once you define it in tire setting, I don't have message any more.
Black wheels deserve black stem. :D I bought in ebay for about $140. Reads pressure and temp but getting tire measurement error. I'm trying to diagnose the issue since this should've worked.. :( will post more next week on this...
That really sucks.. Hope all works out for you.. It's different from state to state but most likely your insurance company will pay you and then get the their cost from the other insurance company. Fighting against the company on your own might be aggravating. Also, if you have home owner's...
well.. if you could, buy a set of used or cheaper replacement at least. here's my reason. I recently had puncture I didn't realized until TPMS warned me. It will be better than trying to fool the system for safety and it may cost more than getting cheaper replacement TPMS.
I think I got the answer. unlike my other car, there's no specific set of TPMS' needs to be registered with car. once you replace to different set, just reset tire and car will start using the new set. I will have to try but if so, it's cool. :)
I'd like to run 2 sets of wheels, one set for track, the other for street. So if I get another set including TPMS, can I register both set so that car won't throw any warning or error message?
thanks in advance.
on the jack... I'd blame germans on this one. ;) because my BMWs did not have it as well.. but then they were equipped /w run-flats. Also, I'm not sure about other toyota but jack point is distinctively same as BMW where it has plastic piece that BMW jack adaptor might be helpful..
I just plugged it with kit. thankfully, I found out at home. The tire deflated over night and i found out just as i got in the car where there was warning. I agree with you on using that kit. unless it's an absolute emergency, I'd avoid it since it's going to make a mess inside of the tire...
So this is an interesting screenshot from KBB. the value is calculated based on recent sales of used GR supra. But who buys used supra at this price when you can buy new one for less? certainly, if covid lock down continues and economy sinks, this number will go down but it will sustain - may...
not a lot of time. I saw another white w/ red mirror cap today by H-Mart in fort lee.
Today i could't go to the service are in time because I had a flat tire... :( took me more than an hour to fix it..

anyone down?
The Stereo AMP seems to be located in driver side of back of trunk. I haven't seen it so I cannot confirm but if it's true and if you know the wiring, it should be fairly simple to add moderate AMP that would not draw too much power from battery.
