How would this be secure? If the cloned keyfob is connected to an exterior button. Can't anyone just go and unlock the car and gain access/ or any car thief tap into the signal of the duplicated fob and access your car?

Why would you need a new fob? The oem fob has trunk release button.

There is no order being placed just a request. You could be first in line for yellow, but dealers don't really have the ability to specifically order/request that one to come to their dealer. They just get what ever Toyota sends them any color or spec.

I dont think anybody cares to much about you. It's everyone else on the road they're worried about. Not many are going to give you an answer you want if it jeopardizes safety.

This has to be a troll. You have the money/ willing spend to reach 700hp, but going to cheap out on wheels and further jeopardize the safety and integrity of them. Arguably an important piece for safety and reliably getting the power to the ground without failure. Interesting.
